★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato alla Pizzeria del Contadino per festeggiare in famiglia un onomastico (eravamo in 6) e devo dire che mai avremmo potuto fare una scelta migliore. Era tutto delizioso. Abbiamo preso degli antipasti semplici ma gustosi, come crocchè e patate fritte (finalmente erano delle vere patate e non quella robaccia congelata) ma veramente gustosi sono stati i cornetti ripieni di ricotta, peccato fossero pochi. Poi abbiamo preso due pizze entrambe divise in due metà (una basta per 3 persone): la prima margherita e parmigiana di melanzane e l'altra patate e mozzarella (fantastica) e prosciutto rucola e scaglie. Non è la classica pizza napoletana è una pizza casareccia, genuina ma soprattutto leggera fatta con lievito madre. Il personale gentile, competente, educato ma soprattutto ti fanno sentire come a casa tua. Ci tornerò presto e spesso. Lo consiglio.
I went to Pizzeria Farmer to celebrate a name day in the family (there were six) and I must say that we never could have made a better choice. It was all delicious. We took simple but tasty appetizers, such as croquettes and fried potatoes (finally they were real potatoes and not that frozen stuff) but really tasty were the ricotta-filled croissants, too few. Then we took two pizzas both divided into two halves (one is enough for 3 people): the first margherita and eggplant parmigiana and the other potatoes and mozzarella (fantastic) and rocket ham and flakes. It is not the classic Neapolitan pizza it is a homemade pizza, genuine but above all light made with mother yeast. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and above all make you feel at home. I will be back soon and often. I advise.

Friendly and hospitable owners and staff, quality take-away foods, indoor and outdoor tables. Excellent pizza made with sourdough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ended up here by complete chance after the place we originally wanted to visit was closed. The girl helping us was super nice & welcoming, English wasn't an issue at all - they also have a translated version of the menu if your Italian is a bit rusty so do ask for it if needed.
We tried the Pomodorina, Pizza della nonna, Diavola. All were lovely, but the Diavola was probably the best I've had in recent years in various places - spicy, well-rounded flavours.
