Pizza buonissima nell'impasto condita con ingredienti di ottima qualità che strizzano un occhio alla tradizione e allo Slow Food. Il risultato? Semplicità in un gusto esplosivo e un'atmosfera davvero godibile. Grazie ragazzi spero di tornare ad Aversa per assaggiare un'altra delle vostre opere. Experience of a pizza and away from Genoa for work but certainly positive and certainly to be repeated. Courteous and attentive staff. Delicious pizza in the dough topped with high quality ingredients that wink at tradition and Slow Food. The result? Simplicity in an explosive taste and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. La Vesuvio invece è di sicuro superiore:mozzarella di bufala, ciuffetti di ricotta, scaglie e pomodori. Da provare anche il crocchè con salsiccia e melanzane. Sicuramente ritornerò. Prezzi nella media. Light dough and very good pizza. Nerano with zucchini cream makes everything tastier. Vesuvius, on the other hand, is certainly superior: buffalo mozzarella, sprigs of ricotta, flakes and tomatoes. Also try the crocchè with sausage and aubergines. I will definitely return. Pizze veramente buone, ingredienti di qualità ma soprattutto come recita il nome della pizzeria Impasto favoloso. Assolutamente consigliato Super positive experience. Polite and friendly staff. Tasty and not greasy fried food. Really good pizzas, quality ingredients but above all as the name of the pizzeria says Fabulous dough. Absolutely recommended
T	Thomas vespa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da Modena scelgo questa pizzeria dopo aver camminato tutto il centro , trovo uno stile moderno legno e metallo come molti ristoranti delle mie zone, vengo accolto da gentilezza e sorrisi e al mio ordine di una pizza e birra la cameriera gentilissima mi fa notare come in queste zone non può mancare un atipasto di fritture quindi mi lascio tentare e devo dire che mi sarei perso davvero qualcosa di speciale.. la pizza che dire era perfetta buonissima di pasta soffice lievitata sicuramente per parecchie ore. È stata un'esperienza davvero eccezzionale , quando tornerò in queste zone non mancherò di tornare a fal visita da Impasto ! From Modena I choose this pizzeria after walking around the center, I find a modern wood and metal style like many restaurants in my area, I am greeted by kindness and smiles and when I order a pizza and beer the very kind waitress points out how in these areas can not miss a starter of fried foods so I let myself be tempted and I must say that I would have really missed something special .. the pizza was perfect, that is, very good with soft dough that had certainly risen for several hours. It was a truly exceptional experience, when I return to these areas I will not fail to return to fa visit from Impasto!

Da rivedere però la gestione delle prenotazioni. Il Locale è piccolo e secondo me prende troppe prenotazioni rispetto ad i tavoli col risultato che si crea troppa confusione e via vai di gente che pretende il tavolo all'orario concordato. Sconsiglio di venire il sabato senza prenotazione poiché anche con prenotazione c'è il rischio di aspettare abbastanza tempo! Mi dispiace dare 3 stelle anziché 4, ma mi riservo magari di rivedere la mia recensione verso l'alto la prossima volta che ci tornerò. Excellent pizza and excellent cuoppo. Fritturine gustose con buoni crocche' di patate, pizze poi davvero buone, una capricciosa edbun ripieno al forno con scarole (con aggiunta di salame), gli impasti sono leggeri e molto saporiti, riccamente guarnite entrambe con prodotti di buona qualità, si sente, birra alla spina Franzeskaner. Prezzi in linea ma ripeto tutto meritato per la bontà e la ricchezza delle pizze. Servizio veloce, ma non consentono soste prolungate, fuori in coda le persone attendono. Ma da tempo non mangiavamo pizze così buone, straconsigliato!! We find a place for dinner early on Saturday, a nice and well furnished place in the center of Aversa.
