Per quanto la pizza, l'impasto è ben lievitato e la pizza rimane leggera; la scelta è ampia e gli ingredienti di qualità. Anche come impasti ha una vasta scelta (sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dall'impasto alla canapa!). Ho mangiato una pizza gourmet con speck e pistacchio davvero divina! Da provare assolutamente.
