L'atmosfera è di un romanticismo raffinato e il servizio di una cordialità e disponibilità ineguagliabili. Ottimi i piatti tradizionali e le portate di pesce, vasta scelta delle migliori cantine territoriali e una pizza leggera e croccante che non ostacola la digestione. Adjacent to one of Bernalda's most important historical buildings, the real specialty of the place is a fantastic garden in which to stay cool on summer evenings and sheltered on sweet autumn days. The atmosphere is of a refined romanticism and the service of an incomparable cordiality and availability. Excellent traditional dishes and fish dishes, a wide choice of the best local wineries and a light and crunchy pizza that does not hinder digestion.

Ma la vera pecca è stato il servizio poco professionale e attento. In particolare un commensale è stato servito 15 minuti dopo gli altri e ha mangiato praticamente da solo. Inoltre dopo gli antipasti si sono scordati di sparecchiare e quando sono arrivati i primi ed è arrivato un altro cameriere appositamente. La cosa che mi ha colpito più negativamente è stata la mancanza di educazione dei camerieri che si sono rivolti con poca cortesia. Non consigliato Inability to dine inside despite bad weather. A	Albergo Diffuso Il Casale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella scoperta ,piatti veramente buoni con le materie prime del posto e location molto piacevole ,piccola nota da migliorare è di gestire meglio il tempo di attesa per servire le ottime pietanze . Beautiful discovery, really good dishes with the local raw materials and a very pleasant location, a small note to improve is to better manage the waiting time to serve the excellent dishes.

Siamo entrati e ci siamo trovati davanti una sala vuota con tavoli non apparecchiati (perché utilizzano il giardino) e nessuno che ci ricevesse . Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un bel po' prima che qualcuno ci degnasse di un briciolo di attenzione e quasi controvoglia ci hanno indicato il tavolo da noi prenotato. Ci hanno preso l'ordinazione e siamo stati serviti, in verità anche velocemente. Hanno dimenticato di servirci qualcosa ma non gli abbiamo dato peso e siamo passati oltre. La pizza comunque ci ha soddisfatto. Credo che con qualche attenzione in più, potrebbe diventare un ottimo locale. Il cliente acquista se invogliato . Abbiamo finito la pizza è dopo oltre mezz'ora di attesa , nessuno ci ha chiesto se volevamo ordinare altro , un dolce un caffè.....nulla. ci siamo alzati e siamo andati a pagare......al momento lo consiglierei, ma solo perché la pizza non è male Nice place and nice garden. They forgot to serve us something but we didn't care and we moved on. The pizza, however, satisfied us. I think with a little more attention, it could become a great place. The customer buys if enticed. We finished the pizza is after more than half an hour of waiting, no one asked us if we wanted to order anything else, a dessert, a coffee ..... nothing. we got up and went to pay ...... at the moment I would recommend it, but only because the pizza is not bad

We ordered a local appetizer and we didn't get cheese or ricotta. Nothing special it used to be better. Really a disappointment. Next time I will go next door to Coppola, Cinecitta.
