β β β β β Ordinata on line alle 18.30 per le 19.45, al termine dell'operazione di pagamento l'orario di consegna si sposta alle 20.45. Alle 20.40 chiamo il ristorante, le pizze le stavano informando in quel momento. Vengono consegnate alle 21.15 Un'ora e mezzo di ritardo non Γ¨ ammissibile!
 Ordered online at 6.30 pm for 7.45 pm, at the end of the payment transaction the delivery time moves to 8.45 pm. At 20.40 I call the restaurant, the pizzas were informing them at that moment. They are delivered at 9.15 pm An hour and a half late is not admissible!

β β β β β SarΓ che non ho mai usufruito del servizio di consegna, ma trovo questa pizzeria molto puntuale oltre che buona; li chiamo dalla macchina, ordino, passo a ritirarla ed Γ¨ sempre pronta all'orario concordato. Pizza sempre buona e appena sfornata. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile, si capisce che lavorano con passione!
Maybe I have never used the delivery service, but I find this pizzeria very punctual as well as good; I call them from the car, I order, I pick it up and it is always ready at the agreed time. Always good and freshly baked pizza. Staff always kind and helpful, of course they work with passion!

β β β β β My partner and I stayed in Florence for 3 days. We wanted to eat pizza as this was our first visit to Italy. We found this place on Google on the first night. We came back the 2nd and 3rd night because the pizza was so good. The people working there are were so hosbitible, they offered us slices, cold cut and alcoholic drinks! On the last night we were in Florence we spent more than an hour after our meal engaged in conversation about everything. These guys are as good as their products! Ciao from Toronto, Canada...

β β β β β I ordered online with deliveroo, they said it would be a 25 min wait. Iβm still waiting for my order and itβs been 3 hours. Not only that but I canβt get my money back. Also, I tried calling 3 times and it keeps being declined. Horrible service.
