★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero ormai una cliente abituale e soddisfatta di casa bufala, essendo di Salerno e da anni alla disperata ricerca di una vera e buona mozzarella qui a Firenze. Ma devo purtroppo con enorme dispiacere dire che negli ultimi mesi, da quando hanno cambiato fornitore, la qualità della mozzarella è decisamente peggiorata. L'ultima volta che ci sono stata, non era nemmeno fresca...Molto deludente. Spero vivamente tornino alla qualità altissima dell'inizio. Nel caso, sarò pronta a tornarci di nuovo con immensa gioia.
I was now a regular and satisfied customer of casa buffalo, being from Salerno and for years desperately looking for a real and good mozzarella here in Florence. But unfortunately I must say with enormous regret that in recent months, since they changed supplier, the quality of mozzarella has definitely deteriorated. Last time I was there, it wasn't even fresh ... Very disappointing. I sincerely hope they return to the very high quality of the beginning. In case, I'll be ready to go back again with immense joy.
