★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordine effettuato su just eat alle 20,25. Successivamente chiamati telefonicamente per conferma ordine ricevuto ed orario di consegna ore 21 circa.. Alle 21,50, dopo altre due telefonate in cui si rassicura prima sulla preparazione, poi sulla partenza della consegna scopro che l'ordine non è ancora stato fatto partire. Bastava comunicassero che erano in difficoltà per i troppi ordini e che ci saremmo potuti rivolgere loro in altra occasione.
Mi sono ritrovato quindi a cucinare una pasta alle ore 22,30 a due ore di distanza dall'ordine. Indecente servizio per una pizzeria che lavora esclusivamente con asporto e domicilio. Zero professionalità.

It was enough for them to communicate that they were in difficulty due to too many orders and that we could contact them on another occasion.
So I found myself cooking a pasta at 22.30 two hours after the order. Indecent service for a pizzeria that works exclusively with take-out and home delivery. Zero professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perchè ho passato due anni a mangiare solo pizza superpizza, sempre gentili, con un servizio internet che era spettacolare, ti permetteva di scegliere tutto nei minimi particolari. Quattro e non 5 perché credo che ora abbia cambiato gestione, è cambiato il servizio di ordinazione e non riesco più a trovare quel servizio unico e speciale che avevano. Peccato, spero che torneranno a farlo.
Because I spent two years eating only superpizza pizza, always kind, with an internet service that was spectacular, it allowed you to choose everything down to the smallest detail. Four and not 5 because I think it has now changed management, the ordering service has changed and I can no longer find that unique and special service they had.
