La pizza: ottima miscela di farina, impasto con una gradevole profumazione,ottimi i tempi di lievitazione e maturazione, buona alveolatura dell'impasto, impasto digeribile, prodotti freschi. L'unica pecca è che l'impasto lascia un lieve sapore di lievito madre in bocca. Ma già il fatto che non usa il lievito industriale gli fa onore.
