F	Fede Villa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT 27/10/20: Purtroppo, nel tempo, abbiamo riscontrato che la cura per il prodotto è altalenante, infatti a volte la pizza è buona come agli inizi, a volte invece arriva a casa non sufficientemente cotta. La materia prima è di qualità, ma la cottura in una pizza è tanto importante da abbattere le stelle da 5 a 3. Peccato! ———————————————————————— CHE BELLA SORPRESA! Pizza tonda deliziosa: altezza media, bella ampia (come diametro/grandezza), cornicione godibile non esagerato, impasto arioso e ben lievitato (lievito madre), soffice ma super fragrante. Condimenti generosi e di qualità. Mozzarella filante e peccaminosa, POMODORO ECCEZIONALE!!! Ma se quella rotonda mi è piaciuta, quella al taglio, devo dire che è ancora più buona,davvero straordinaria (anche la cottura era perfetta e io, su questo, sono una vera rompiballe!) Personale (la titolare e il pizzaiolo) molto gentili e cordiali. Location minimale, pulita e carina. Molto illuminata (forse un pochino troppo). Prezzi onesti. Abbiamo visto che fanno anche gli arancini/e artigianali, primi e insalatone (a pranzo)...la prossima volta, perché no, proveremo anche quelli!!! Insomma, se non si era ancora capito: stra consigliato! Delicious round pizza: medium height, nice wide (in diameter / size), enjoyable not exaggerated cornice, airy and well leavened dough (mother yeast), soft but super fragrant. Generous and quality toppings. Stringy and sinful mozzarella, EXCEPTIONAL TOMATO !!! But if I liked the round one, the sliced one, I must say that it is even better, really extraordinary (even the cooking was perfect and I, on this, are a real pain in the ass!) Staff (the owner and the pizza chef) very kind and friendly. Minimal, clean and nice location. Very bright (perhaps a little too much). Fair prices. We have seen that they also make artisanal arancini (s), first courses and salads (for lunch) ... next time, why not, we'll try those too !!! In short, if you had not yet understood: highly recommended!

Porzioni abbondanti ed economiche, ci torneremo sicuramente!! Friendly and nice staff, we got a sandwich with a side of baked potatoes, really good !! Large and cheap portions, we will definitely be back !!
