Lello, un ragazzo giovane, creativo e con tanta passione per il suo lavoro, cura ogni minimo dettaglio dei piatti e della location...insomma, ti senti quasi a casa?. Le pizze, dalle classiche alle gourmet, chiaramente, non possono che essere ottime, come l'impasto soffice e per nulla pesante. Fateci un "salto" e non ve ne pentirete!! Premetto che ogni sabato facciamo le Pizze d ‘ asporto e come appunto dicevo prima gia da qualche mese ho notato che le cose non andavano piu come prima! Ieri sera le pizze arrivano con ben 40 min di ritardo , ma non è questo il problema siamo consapevoli che di sabato c e sempre da aspettare ! Arriva una pizza incommentabile E quindi chiamo la pizzeria per farmela riportare , ma non solo il danno anche la beffa!!! Devo aspettare un ora , il tempo che finiscano le consegne !!! MA STIAMO SCHERZANDO ?? Gli altri mangiando ed io guardo loro??? Ma poi l arroganza della signorina al telefono che invece di chiedere semplicemente scusa , incomincia a replicare con un atteggiamento poco garbato! Ma prp non ci si comporta cosi! Sono cliente da sempre e mi dispiace , anche perche una volta fatta la “nomea” trattate i clienti cosi?? Ma poi ho fatto ritirare la pizza , chiedendo i soldi che poi alla fine non erano nemmeno tutti quelli della pizza non mangiata!! Di tutta questa storia una cosa è certa non vi chiamero Mai piu !! Miriam, la cameriera, si prende cura di voi con attenzione e maestria. Purtroppo l'insonorizzazione acustica non è delle migliori pertanto, nonostante ci sia poca gente, il vociare sembra triplicato. La pizza è spettacolare: ingredienti ottimi e leggerezza al top. La frittura divina...i fiori di zucca ripieni e gli arancini rossi e al limone sono unici! Prezzi nella media. Ottimo parcheggio recintato, proprio accanto alla pizzeria, con regalia a piacere. Obbligatoria la prenotazione in pizzeria e il green pass. Unica nota triste...la famosa pizza cotoletta la fanno solo il mercoledì sera...non era specificato sul sito, siamo rimasti un pò male, ma ci siamo consolati diversamente! Torneremo il mercoledì! Inizialmente l'unica sede era situata a Quarto, in un locale piccolo ma ben curato in tutti i suoi dettagli, offre un'ottima varietà di pizze tradizionali ma soprattutto moderne e innovative nei gusti ed ingredienti. Pizza con un impasto leggerissimo e un'altissima qualità degli ingredienti. Le pizze con crocchè di patata viola e zucca, e con crema di patata viola e pancetta sono delle chicche da provare assolutamente! Anche i fritti sono di alta qualità e ben eseguiti, in particolare crocchè di patata viola e Frittatina di pasta e patate. Molto cordiale lo staff e il titolare, spesso durante le attese hanno offerto prosecco e fritti, e in un'altra occasione quando ho portato ospiti non napoletani, che hanno apprezzato molto la loro pizza, il titolare Lello Testa ci ha omaggiato con degli assaggi di pizza con black Angus e burrata.. un ottimo modo di omaggiare la propria clientela. Inoltre, il locale è dotato di un ampio parcheggio a pochi passi dalla pizzeria. Ricapitolando qui potrete assaggiare una delle migliori pizze di Napoli e provincia (senza dubbio nella top 5), e per chi ama la pizza non può non provare l'esperienza di Pizzaingrammi.
