★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ci eravamo fidati ciecamente della struttura affidandoci a malincuore nostra madre, il giorno dell'arrivo accolti con carisma, pagata la retta anticipata, e sbrigate le pratiche di affido. la mattina dopo telefonata in struttura per sapere le condizioni di nostra madre, la risposta è stata " non ha fatto dormire tutta la struttura", l'indomani mattina alle 8,35 arriva la chiamata della struttura dove ci viene comunicato la morte della mamma per arresto respiratorio. Non ci è stato data alcuna documentazione medico sanitaria del decesso, sono stato bloccato sul cellulare perchè mi sono permesso di chiedere uno sconto sulla retta mensile pagata solo per un giorno e mezzo. Nostra madre riposa in pace se esiste una coscienza non sò la loro come stia. Bella figura di ........... godetevi i soldi se potete ma tanto tutti lì si andrà.
