★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Quarto è un riferimento da molti anni. Discreto assortimento di carni e polli allo spiedo. Dispone anche di un forno a legna e uno elettrico. Ottimo e da provare il panuozzo a 11 euro sufficientemente grande per due persone. Domenica chiuso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente da dire in merito alla qualità e la bontà dei prodotti. Il problema è il continuo ritardo nelle consegne rispetto a quelle pattuite ,a volte entro limiti accettabili, altre no. Questa sera avevo chiamato alle 18:30 per prenotare una consegna a domicilio per le 20:30 (1 pollo e una porzione piccola di patate al forno). Alle 20:52 non essendo arrivato ancora nulla, provvedo a contattarli, in modo molto cordiale mi informano che non appena il rider fosse tornato in sede si sarebbe diretto subito presso la mia abitazione, poiché il mio ordine era il successivo. Alle 21:16 (24 min dopo e non 10) vengo contattato direttamente da loro e mi viene riferito che a causa di un loro problema interno il mio ordine non sarebbe stato pronto prima di altri 15 minuti. Per ricevere invece l'ordine in tempi più brevi mi avrebbero mandato patate fritte invece di quelle al forno. Il problema è stato creato da loro e alla fine per uscirne sarei dovuto essere io ad accontentarmi, invece che loro a trovare un modo valido e incerto per venire in contro al cliente. Da oggi hanno perso un cliente e sarà mia premura sconsigliare Il Ruspantino a tutti i miei conoscenti.
Nothing to say about the quality and goodness of the products. The problem is the continuous delay in deliveries compared to those agreed, sometimes within acceptable limits, others not. This evening I called at 6:30 pm to book a home delivery for 8:30 pm (1 chicken and a small portion of baked potatoes). At 20:52 as nothing has arrived yet, I contact them in a very cordial way and they inform me that as soon as the rider was back in the office he would immediately go to my home, since my order was the next. At 9:16 pm (24 min later and not 10 am) I am contacted directly by them and I am told that due to their internal problem my order would not be ready for another 15 minutes. To receive the order in a shorter time, they would have sent me fried potatoes instead of baked ones. The problem was created by them and in the end, in order to get out of it, I would have had to be the one to be satisfied, rather than them to find a valid and uncertain way to meet the customer. From today they have lost a customer and it will be my pleasure to advise against Il Ruspantino to all my acquaintances.
