★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo pollo. Finalmente a Quarto qualcuno capace. Morbido delicato, ben cotto e saporito. Packaging carino e curato. Lo consiglio e ci ritorno. Poi ha la macfarland come birra che vicino al pollo piccante è la morte sua, grande ingarrata.
Great chicken. Finally someone capable of Quarto. Soft delicate, well cooked and tasty. Nice and neat packaging. I recommend it and go back. Then he has macfarland as a beer which, next to spicy chicken, is his death, great ingarrata.

Al di la del panuozzo che è già assodato che sia spettacolare una grossa "Ola" va al reparto polli.
Infatti questo prodotto viene valorizzato grazie alle sue molteplici varianti di cottura e preparazione. Adoro il pollo impanato nel secchiello (come nei film americani) ideali da gustare durante una cena con gli amici oppure per un pasto veloce, e perchè no davanti alla vostra serie preferita su netflix? Da provare!!

All of their products I have tried are DELICIOUS. The fried chicken is phenomenal, not to mention the panuozzo with crispy bread at the right point but at the same time crumbly. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordino spesso il panuozzo e il pollo da Ciro anche quando stava a monteruscello. Sul pollo niente da dire, ma sul panuozzo stiamo peccano un po'. Non accetto una cotoletta già pronta(quelle confezionate) nel panuozzo. Anche i friarielli non avevano un buon sapore. Consiglio di rivedere alcune cose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il miglior panuozzo di tutta la Campania. Da Ciro63 altro piatto forte è il pollo fritto di Ciro con la sua ricetta segreta: tenero all'interno croccante fuori.
Non da meno è il tenerissimo stinco di maiale cotto a bassa temperatura e poi ripassato nel girarrosto: qualcosa di irresistibile.
In definitiva sicuramente uno dei locali da PROVARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!
The best panuozzo in all of Campania. At Ciro63 another strong dish is Ciro's fried chicken with its secret recipe: tender on the inside and crunchy on the outside.
Not least is the tender pork shank cooked at a low temperature and then sautéed in the rotisserie: something irresistible.
Definitely definitely one of the places to ABSOLUTELY TRY !!!

Premessa: Già tutti gli amici di Quarto me ne avevano parlato bene e già conoscevo la qualità da quando erano a Monteruscello.
Ma signori, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, il pollo fritto era ben aromatizzato e con cottura impeccabile. Il panuozzo, probabilmente uno dei migliori di tutta la zona flegrea ( salsiccie friarielli e provola e come secondo gusto parmigiana bianca) alla giustissima cifra di 13 euro. Tornerò sicuramente per provare anche il pollo arrosto

Premise: All of Quarto's friends had already spoken well to me and I already knew the quality since they were in Monteruscello.
But gentlemen, I was very satisfied, the fried chicken was well flavored and with impeccable cooking. Panuozzo, probably one of the best in the whole Phlegraean area (friarielli and provola sausages and white parmesan as a second flavor) at the very right amount of 13 euros. I will definitely come back to try the roast chicken as well
