★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egregio titolare la mia telefonata innanzitutto l'ho fatta per non fare certe dimostranze nell' attività, in quanto non le trovo edificanti sopratutto se poi ci sono persone che non vogliono cogliere l'oggetto del contendere ma solo contraddire. Tutti quelli che sono al di là del bancone pensano di essere sopra ogni cosa, ma non è sempre così, come sostengo sempre, cosa ne sa l'operatore che conoscenze ha il cliente, chi è il cliente !!! Poi vi prendete il lusso quando vi si fa notare le cose, di offendere con uscite del tipo; "venga qua che le torniamo i soldi" ! Ma io non voglio i soldi voglio la pizza condita come è giusto che sia. Se lei GIUSTAMENTE aumenta il prezzo per aver chiesto un po' di cipolla in più, perché la merce si paga, è giusto anche considerare che pomodoro non ne ha messo e, nemmeno la mozzarella, come ho chiesto, per sostituirla con un po' di gorgonzola !!! Ed io alla fine ho mangiato pane e cipolla, buonissima ad onor del vero. Poi mi dice che quella non è una pizza che fate di routine !! L'ho presa parecchie volte da voi !!! Una pugliese senza mozzarella e senza pomodoro cosa c'è di così strano in codesta richiesta ??!!! Ora se mi ha chiesto la maggiorazione per la cipolla, poteva chiederla anche per il gorgonzola, ma .... Metterlo !!!! Avrebbe accontentato il cliente non avrebbe rischiato sicuramente il crack finanziario e, tutto sarebbe stato nel giusto ordine delle cose !! Poi a casa sua comanda Lei e può fare quel che crede ma rivedere un po' le sue conoscenze di marketing questo si mi sento di consigliarlo. Voi siete bravi ho lavorato con parecchie persone della vostra nazionalità !! Ma siete agli antipodi per quanto concerne stile e quello che può offrire l'ospitalità e la conoscenza nel food e beverage L' ITALIANO ! MOLTO LONTANI !!! ovviamente non vuole essere in nessun modo un offesa, ma la classe non si compra .

An Apulian woman without mozzarella and without tomatoes, what's so strange about this request ?? !!! Now if he asked me the surcharge for the onion, he could also ask for the gorgonzola, but .... Put it on !!!! He would have satisfied the customer he would certainly not have risked the financial crack and, everything would have been in the right order of things !! Then you are in charge at home and you can do what you want but review your marketing knowledge a little, I feel I can recommend it. You are good I have worked with several people of your nationality !! But you are the polar opposite as far as style is concerned and what hospitality and knowledge in food and beverage can offer THE ITALIAN! VERY FAR !!! obviously it does not want to be an offense in any way, but the class cannot be bought.
