Boh, mi sa che ha sentito solamente le opinioni delle "bravissime" ragazze che per "difendersi" avranno detto due o tre cafonate. Il ragazzo che non ha ricevuto il trancio da 2,50€ ha detto ben due volte alla cassiera l'avvenuto eppure è stato ignorato ma questi sono dettagli no? Meglio parlarne di nascosto tra colleghi.. e ignorare un ragazzo che stava aspettando con i suoi altri 5 suoi amici (che stranamente hanno pagato e lui no... molto strano) un trancio da 30 minuti. È normale per voi non prestare attenzione a questi dettagli ma clienti che vengono da 5 anni come me ne hanno notato di errori d'attenzione e anche molti.. come il non tornare il resto esatto o non dare il trancio di pizza. Le risate che casualmente avete sentito erano verso il nostro amico rimasto senza niente ed anzi ignorato ma questi sono affari nostri per i quali voi avete immaginato ben altro (ridere per il tentativo di truffa fallito).Sarebbe meglio informarsi e cercare un dialogo ma purtroppo chi ha la testa dura ha la testa dura e non ha intenzione di ascoltare i suoi clienti. Pizza buona sì ma servizio scadente. Restituiscono i soldi sbagliati e non danno nemmeno lo scontrino. Un posto non deve solo offrire cibo buono ma anche un servizio decente. Although the pizza may be good, the service is almost poor. Cashiers don't even remember who paid and who didn't. They return the wrong money and don't even give a receipt. A place must not only offer good food but also decent service.
