M	Maria Piana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questa gelateria non ci torno mai più, la signora ( quella più giovane ) è di uno scortese inimmaginabile, e con educazione che andrebbe rivista. Non è possibile, ogni volta che vado là, la signora ( sempre la giovane ) mi fa attendere, dicendo sempre “ aspetti un attimo che devi finite di fare una cosa “. La prima volta lasciai stare, la seconda pure, la terza pure ma sarà la 18 volte che mi fa attendere per 10/15 minuti perché intanto deve fare altro. Il cliente va servito nell’immediato, non esiste che ogni volta debba aspettare perché la signora ha una completa disorganizzazione. Se vai in un altra gelateria queste cose non succedono e a parer mio se una non vuole perdere clienti mantiene una rapporto educato e non frettoloso come se volesse mandare via il cliente perché la signorina ha altro da fare. Ma prima di entrare lei fa, e ma è già passato di 22 dai veloce ragazze che devo chiudere, in teoria non dovrei ricevervi. Però lei era dentro e la porta aperta. Abbiamo preso il gelato ci siamo sedute fuori. E lei arriva e dice Ragazze mi dispiace ma devo prendere la sedia, devo chiudere,. Va bene abbiamo capito questa però c'erano ancora gli altre 4 sedie intorno a noi. In fine e una persona scortevole. Non sa essere gentile con i clienti!! Evidentemente non è il lavoro adatto alla signora perché non serve solo saper fare il gelato ma anche saper stare a contatto con le persone. Detto ciò non ci metterò mai più piede perché non esiste che faccia aspettare clienti e si ponga in modo scortese ed arrogante. Spero solo di non ritrovarmi le risposte che vedo agli altri clienti nel quale afferma di non essere mai stata maleducata o scortese. Mi dispiace perché non è bello recensire negativamente un’ attività lavorativa piccola, ma penso di non essermi mai trovata così male ma evidentemente come già detto la signora non ama il contatto con la gente. A differenza delle recensioni che trovo, ho trovato il servizio perfetto con la gelataia molto solare e cortese. Consigliato. Ho scelto un cono con due gusti: cremino e pistacchio, entrambi molto molto buoni, cremosi e per nulla stucchevoli. Ho apprezzato molto il cremino fatto con gelato alla nocciola, quando spesso viene proposto al fior di latte e nel pistacchio la punta di salato che bilanciava il gusto complessivo. Davvero ottimo! Non mi trovo d'accordo nemmeno con la presunta maleducazione della signora dietro al banco: quando sono entrata, si è subito liberata per servirmi, rapida, educata e gentile. Il costo del cono, 3€, lo trovo assolutamente corretto vista la qualità. Despite the negative reviews, my experience was very positive! I also disagree with the alleged rudeness of the lady behind the counter: when I entered, she immediately freed herself to serve me, quick, polite and kind. I find the cost of the cone, € 3, absolutely correct given the quality.
