I ordered pizza on Tuesday 5th fast home service, the guy who did the delivery was very kind to go up to the sixth floor even though the lift didn't work. Definitely tidying up there

Il ragazzo che ha consegnato prima di tutto non ha citofonato ma ha gridato il mio cognome dalla strada manco fossimo al mercato .Che vergogna!!!!! E poi non ha consegnato al piano (e abito al primo, mica in un grattacielo) dicendo che non poteva parcheggiare. E non è vero perchè proprio a Monteruscello i posti per parcheggiare non mancano. Quindi io sessantunenne sono dovuta scendere per prendere l'ordine. Non mi è mai capitata una cosa del genere. Sicuramente non ordinerò più nulla dal vostro locale.
Last night August 21, 2021 I placed an order. The guy who delivered first of all did not call the intercom but shouted my surname from the street not even we were at the market. What a shame !!!!! And then he didn't deliver to the floor (and I live on the first floor, not in a skyscraper) saying he couldn't park. And that's not true because there is no shortage of parking spaces in Monteruscello. So I, 61, had to go downstairs to take the order. Such a thing has never happened to me. I will certainly not order anything from your restaurant anymore.

I ordered the square by 9pm and it was delivered to me almost at 11pm. Scarce seriousness, never again.
