I libri non arrivano e la cartoliberia non avvisa, e se arrivano, arrivano dopo mesi dalla prenotazione. È un'indecenza, massa di imbroglioni! Se dovete prenotare libri, di sicuro questa non è la cartolibreria giusta! Bad stationery. Rude staff, phone always busy and never available. The books do not arrive and the stationery does not notify, and if they do arrive, they arrive months after booking. It's indecent, mass of cheaters! If you have to book books, this is certainly not the right stationery!

Gestire con DOLCEZZA, l'ingresso, potrebbe essere molto positivo! Al momento non è così !
