★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor English knowledge. Rome as European metropolitan should have better knowledge of English. I tried to take bus plan map but they only had metro map. Toilet costs 1€ and the line for was 15 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using the restrooms here costs €1. Fair enough. Waiting for 15 minutes in a qeue - fine. Finally getting to the front and finding the floor dirty, with no toilet seats- unacceptable. It's also quite ironic that the notice asks paying customers to leave the restrooms clean, while the attendant is more interested at checking if you paid than actually cleaning the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So the woman that sold me coffee was upset/angry because i asked for sugar. So weird... Also toilets cost 1€ even if you buy coffee. It's just stupid and makes you want to run away and give advice to strangers on the internet...
So dear stranger from the internet, i advise you not to go there !
