★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punti positivi di questo punto vendita sono il bel show room e la vastità di marche trattate (praticamente tutte le principali marche italiane e straniere). Di qui le due stellette invece che una. Tutto ciò lascerebbe supporre professionalità, competenza ed ascolto delle esigenze del cliente.
È invece tutto il contrario... questa è stata la mia esperienza.
1. Chiamo prima della visita per verificare che il negozio fosse aperto e non risponde nessuno
2. Decidiamo di andare lo stesso e dall' impiegata non siamo riusciti ad avere alcuna informazione perché addetta alla sola amministrazione. L impiegata ci assicura che ci avrebbero ricontattati, e invece niente.
3. Decidiamo di riprovare e questa volta parliamo con il personale tecnico che invece di consigliarci su differenze tra modelli e su cosa convenisse, di fronte alle nostre richieste di consigli affermava che se vogliamo poca legna dobbiamo tenere la stufa spenta, che tutte le stufe si equivalgono e che più si accende la stufa più di consuma combustibile.
Un peccato... Questo centro qualche anno fa ci era piaciuto, ci erano sembrati competenti e lo avevamo scelto per l'acquisto.
È invece dopo esserci sentiti trattati come degli stupidi, ci hanno fatto passare completamente la voglia di comprare da loro. Perdere un cliente che era entrato pensando di concludere con un ordine si commenta da se'.
Positive points of this store are the nice show room and the vastness of brands treated (practically all the main Italian and foreign brands). Hence the two stars instead of one. All this would suggest professionalism, competence and listening to customer needs.
Instead, it's quite the opposite ... this has been my experience.
1. I call before the visit to verify that the shop was open and nobody answers
2. We decide to go the same and from the employee we were unable to get any information because she was only in charge of the administration. The employee assures us that they would have contacted us, but nothing.
3. We decide to try again and this time we talk to the technical staff who instead of advising us on differences between models and what was convenient, faced with our requests for advice he stated that if we want little wood we have to keep the stove off, that all the stoves are equivalent and that the more you turn on the stove, the more it consumes fuel.
A pity ... We liked this center a few years ago, we had seemed competent and we had chosen it for the purchase.
It is instead after feeling treated like stupid people, they completely let us want to buy from them. Losing a customer who had entered thinking of concluding with an order speaks for itself.
