Francesco mi ha saputo consigliare con competenza sia nella scelta del modello più adatto alle mie esigenze sia nei vari incentivi da sfruttare disponibili al momento. Avevo anche un vecchio camino da rimuovere e tutto il lavoro è stato eseguito con precisione e puntualità. Grazie ancora.
I bought a pellet stove and I had a great time from the design to the installation phase. Francesco was able to advise me with competence both in choosing the model that best suits my needs and in the various incentives to be exploited available at the moment. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quest'autunno ho fatto l'errore di acquistare un termocanino (il secondo) , il camino non ha mai funzionato nemmeno in modo accettabile , fa fumo da tutte le parti anche a sportello chiuso , le guarnizioni sono cadenti dopo due mesi , lo sportello non sta chiuso , la regolazione e impossibile avendo i comandi all'interno di conzeguenza la temperatura quando e troppo alta , poi scende troppo (quando e troppo surriscaldato lo sportello non si apre) etc .. etc .
Dopo vari solleciti la ditta Puppa mi ha scaricato inviandomi all' assistenza .....
Purtroppo questo camino non andra mai bene , progettualmente sbagliato , oltre 5000 euro buttati via...
Non raccomando assolutamente questa ditta
This autumn I made the mistake of buying a thermocanine (the second one), the fireplace has never worked even acceptably, it smokes everywhere even with the door closed, the gaskets are falling out after two months, the door does not it is closed, the regulation is impossible having the controls inside consequently the temperature when it is too high, then it drops too much (when it is too overheated the door does not open) etc .. etc.
After several reminders, the Puppa company unloaded me and sent me to assistance .....
Unfortunately this fireplace will never go well, projectually wrong, over 5000 euros thrown away ...
I absolutely do not recommend this company
