V	Valentina Zanivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente molto curato e istruttori cordiali. Il mio punteggio basso deriva da uno spiacevolissimo accaduto. La signora delle pulizie (capelli corti e bianchi, non conosco il nome) mi ha accusata di aver gettato a terra i capelli nella zona dei phon quando altre 10 persone li hanno asciugati prima di me e considerato che alcuni capelli possono cadere durante l'asciugatura. Spiegatole che se fossero stati presenti scopa e paletta oppure un cestino nella zona asciugatura non avrei avuto problemi a raccoglierli e a buttarli ma non essendo presenti non avrei saputo come fare (anche perché non raccoglierei capelli da per terra con le mani per buttarli nei cestini dei bagni come da lei suggerito i in malo modo). Ma lei non ha sentito ragioni e mi ha letteralmente cacciata dicendo che avevo esaurito il tempo (avevo ancora i capelli bagnati). La prossima volta li asciugherò a casa mia sperando di non prendere la polmonite uscendo al freddo con i capelli bagnati. Sono davvero dispiaciuta per l'accaduto dato che mi sono sempre trovata bene. Very well-kept environment and friendly instructors. My low score comes from a very unpleasant incident. The cleaning lady (short white hair, I don't know the name) accused me of throwing my hair down in the blow dryer area when 10 other people dried it before me and considering that some hair can fall out while drying . I explained to her that if there had been a broom and dustpan or a basket in the drying area I would have had no problems collecting and throwing them but not being present I would not have known how to do it (also because I would not collect hair from the ground with my hands to throw it in the baskets in the bathrooms as she badly suggested). But she heard no reason and literally kicked me out saying I ran out of time (my hair was still wet). Next time I will dry them at my house hoping I don't get pneumonia by going out in the cold with wet hair. I am really sorry for what happened as I have always enjoyed it.
