β β β β β Ho chiamato al centralino per un informazione, dopo 7 minuti e mezzo mi rispondono, dicendomi che sono occupati di lasciare il mio numero per essere richiamato, ora, giΓ trovo ironico che mi rispondono ma non possono parlarmi, ma trovo ancor piΓΉ ironico che sto aspettando 3 ore e ancora non ho avuto una chiamata, devo supporre che questi operatori sono estremamente occupati.
 I called the switchboard for information, after 7 and a half minutes they answer me, telling me that they are busy leaving my number to be called back, now, I already find it ironic that they answer me but they can't talk to me, but I find it even more ironic that I'm waiting 3 hours and still haven't had a call, I have to assume these operators are extremely busy.

β β β β β maleducati in tutto e per tutto ed i loro tecnici,cercano di addebitare oneri loro agli utenti delle fognature p.s. grand'uomo il loro geometra o tale,che fa lo sborone con le donne,del tipo "signora io non ho tempo da perdere....."e si permette di aprire tombini in proprieta' privata.roba da gonfiarlo di botte,peccato che lo ho saputo solo dopo....sto valutando la denuncia,per insegnargli a stare al loro posto. statene piu' alla lontana possibile.cafoni!!!!!!!!!!!!!
rude in everything and for everything and their technicians, try to charge their users to the sewers p.s. great man their surveyor or such, who makes the sborone with women, like "lady I have no time to lose ....." and he allows himself to open manhole covers in private ownership. pity that I knew only after .... β β β β β Servizio telefonico inesistente. Chiamo tre volte l'interno Ritiro Rifiuti Ingombranti come indicatomi dalla voce registrata, cade la linea tre volte al momento di collegarsi. Ritento passando per l'interno Ufficio Amministrativo, non risponde nessuno. Ennesima prova con l'ufficio ContabilitΓ nella speranza di far trasferire poi la chiamata, nessuna risposta anche qui.
Indegno del servizio che dovrebbe ricoprire ASM.
Telephone service does not exist. I call the internal Bulky Waste Collection three times as indicated by the recorded voice, the line drops three times when connecting. I try again through the internal Administrative Office, nobody answers. Yet another test with the Accounting office in the hope of then transferring the call, no answer here too.
Unworthy of the service that should cover ASM.

β β β β β Avvertiti che il bidone dei rifiuti in via aldo moro, angolo via bandirola da tempo era pietosamente sporco e anti igienico, a malo modo mi sono sentito dire che era impossibile perchΓ© i bidoni vengono puliti e disinfettati settimanalmente, allora pubblico la foto fatta il 10 luglio e la foto del 27 settembre... Giudicate voi.
Warned that the waste bin in via aldo moro, corner via bandirola for a long time was pitifully dirty and hygienic, in a bad way I was told that it was impossible because the bins are cleaned and disinfected weekly, then I publish the photo taken on 10 July and the photo of September 27 ... β β β β β Allora tu guardi su internet per gli orari di apertura,( al centralino nessuna risposta), per scoprire quando arrivi agli uffici che gli orari non sono aggiornati....
Assurdo 1 mese per attivare le utenze luce e gas. Pratiche perse e appuntamenti fissati per ΔΎora x nessuno si presenta, li chiami e poi risulta che era ΔΎora y. Incompetenza a livelli estremi!
Then you look on the internet for the opening hours, (no answer at the switchboard), to find out when you arrive at the offices that the times are not updated ....
Absurd 1 month to activate the electricity and gas utilities. Missed files and appointments set for ΔΎora x nobody shows up, you call them and then it turns out it was ΔΎora y. Incompetence at extreme levels!

β β β β β Γ la quarta settimana che mi rimane il contenitore della carta non svuotato. Gli altri dei vicini di strada vengono ritirati l mio viene sempre ignorato .negozio in viale del lavoro.
It is the fourth week that I have the un-emptied paper bin left. The other neighbors on the street are withdrawn and mine is always ignored.

Durante la pandemia , non ha inviato personale per sei mesi per poi inviare una bolletta complessiva che racchiudeva quasi un anno di consumi , con una cifra enorme , da pagare entro circa una settimana ! Per parlare con qualcuno del personale Γ¨ un calvario . Oltre a ciΓ² , i pagamenti dilazionati li segnalai alla "centrale rischi " anche se pagate puntualmente .
ASM GAS, very bad! During the pandemic, it did not send personnel for six months and then sent an overall bill that included almost a year of consumption, with a huge amount, to be paid within about a week! To talk to any of the staff is an ordeal. In addition to this, I reported the deferred payments to the "risk center" even if paid on time.
