Mi hanno risposto in modo arrogante e alzando la voce. Questo non è il modo di fare! L'educazione è la prima cosa in qualsiasi lavoro.
Rude and arrogant staff. I called for information to facilitate the covid 19 situation and not rush to the pharmacy to ask if a quick swab could be done. They replied arrogantly and raising their voices. This is not the way to do it! Education is the first thing in any job.

I went to this pharmacy to buy a pack of condoms and the new pharmacist (trainee) was super discreet and immediately put me at ease. I will definitely be back, kindness and privacy guaranteed!

Rude and arrogant pharmacist. I went for advice for an ointment due to a sunburn and felt mocked and humiliated. Without respect. Really bad professionalism for a healthcare professional. I strongly advise against.
