 Always nice .... I always take my daughter or free swimming with me or two years ago she started the campus and she loved it !! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro sportivo pulito con personale cordiale; buon rapporto qualità prezzo con corsi ben strutturati. In tempi ante Covid-19 vi era una bella offerta, per organizzare feste di compleanno per bambini, noleggiando un gonfiabile in acqua. Lo consiglio!
Clean sports center with friendly staff; good value for money with well-structured courses. In times before Covid-19 there was a nice offer, to organize birthday parties for children, by renting an inflatable in the water. I advise!

Peccato perché gli istruttori sono veramente bravi e competenti.
Il motivo per le due stelline è esclusivamente per il regolamento e per la direzione.
Le lezioni perse non possono essere recuperate, solamente dalla quarta in poi e sotto certificato medico, l’impianto rilascia un voucher per ingresso libero.
I bambini si ammalano e lo sappiamo bene, ma in periodo covid con tante quarantene, forse il regolamento sarebbe stato il caso di rivederlo.
Ad averlo saputo, dato che non mi è stato detto di leggere il regolamento prima delle iscrizioni e stupidamente non ci ho pensato ( COSA CHE VI CONSIGLIO CALDAMENTE DI FARE ) non avrei iscritto i miei bimbi, dato che hanno perso circa 7 lezioni causa malattie varie e quarantene.
Per non parlare del fatto che il direttore dell’impianto, alla mia domanda di possibilità di recupero, è stato molto frettoloso e sgarbato nella risposta “il regolamento è lì appeso”, appeso nella parete opposta alla reception.
In questo impianto si paga ( non poco se non sei residente ) il corso, l’acqua per la doccia ed il phon, che ovviamente sono a tempo ( 2 minuti ).
Sarebbe bello e di buon senso cercare di venire incontro agli iscritti e magari a fine corso dedicare due settimane o tre, per il recupero delle lezioni perse.
Unfortunately in my experience I cannot give 5 stars.
Too bad because the instructors are really good and competent.
The reason for the two stars is exclusively for the regulation and for the management.
Missed lessons cannot be made up, only from the fourth onwards and with a medical certificate, the facility issues a voucher for free admission.
Children get sick and we know it well, but in the covid period with so many quarantines, perhaps the regulation would have been worth revising.
Having known, since I was not told to read the rules before enrollment and stupidly I did not think about it (WHAT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO DO) I would not have registered my children, since they have lost about 7 lessons due to various diseases and quarantines.
Not to mention the fact that the plant manager, when asked about the possibility of recovery, was very hasty and rude in his response "the regulations are hanging there", hanging on the wall opposite the reception.
In this system you pay (not a little if you are not a resident) for the course, the water for the shower and the hairdryer, which obviously are timed (2 minutes).
It would be nice and common sense to try to meet the students and maybe at the end of the course to dedicate two or three weeks to make up for missed lessons.
