Ad agosto mi è stato fornito un numero provvisorio, abbiamo atteso pazientemente ( è il primo reclamo e la prima recensione in 50 anni)abbiamo provato a fare da noi per non disturbare interpellando il 187 che hanno provato invano c'era stato un errore del negozio tim. Andati al negozio ad ottobre ci hanno rassicurato dopo aver tentato di chiederci altri soldi, ci avrebbero chiamati al più presto siamo ancora qui ad aspettare al 31 dicembre, con i disagi che conseguono a non avere un numero di telefono in un mondo digitale. Avrei preferito una truffa quanto meno avrei visto un disegno. Sono davvero disorientata e mi sento alquanto presa in giro non capendo se e' Coop o Tim che non affronta il problema....non si possono parlare tra loro? Per questo moltissimi utenti vi fanno visita, talvolta in - rispettosa - lunga fila. Ma sarà tempo ben speso... Experience, advice, always on the spot: if mobile phone operators invent tariff profiles and promotions every month, Fabiola & C. are always courteous and available to advise you for the best. This is why many users visit you, sometimes in - respectful - long queues. But it will be time well spent ...

I went there because my oldest son needed a phone plan with more Giga at a good price and with good quality (speed, coverage...). The two shop assistants were very helpful. They showed us a bounch of different plans among which we choose the most suitable for his needs at a fair price. Large choice of smartphones too. Some are quite expensive but you can buy them with monthly payments.
