Ho contattato il customer care principale (ho interloquito con la sign. Carol Lovera) che mi ha liquidato con due righe di mail, non fornendo così la garanzia tanto pubblicizzata sul sito web.
After 5 interventions on my phone (at the rome branch in eur, viale europa) the problem was partially solved, causing however another failure before absent. I contacted the main customer care (I interacted with Mr. Carol Lovera) who liquidated me with two lines of mail, thus not providing the guarantee so much advertised on the website.
