Menu' davvero ampio di Pinse, che devo dire sono fatte in modo tale da rimanere leggerissime e veramente ben fatte.
Bravi i due ragazzi che lo gestiscono, e ottimo posto per una bella serata informale, senza spendere un capitale.
Promosso senza riserva.

Pinse's really extensive menu, which I must say are made in such a way as to remain very light and really well done.
Well done the two guys who run it, and great place for a nice informal evening, without spending a fortune.

Excellent pinsa and truly digestible ... you can range from classic to special tastes. I tasted a margherita and the other burrata / salmon / rocket / parmesan / lemon ... oh I also forgot one with courgette flowers and black truffle. Really top

A fantastic pinsa❤️ top quality ingredients (courgette flowers km0) and a special creativity in the combinations of flavors. And combined with the kindness of Simona (the pinsa posted was dedicated to her by her husband) and her husband made the dinner special! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente raccomandato, non inserisco la quinta stella solo perché credo che i prezzi non siani del tutto conformi a parametri che ritengo non allineati a quello che ci si possa aspettare da un locale del genere e che cmq offre. Pinza e dolci veramente eccezionali.
Definitely recommended, I do not insert the fifth star just because I believe that the prices do not fully comply with parameters that I believe are not in line with what one can expect from such a place and what cmq offers. Truly exceptional pincers and sweets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo cenato in questa Pinseria lungo la Via Francigena. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla bontà e leggerezza dell’impasto! Ne ho presa una con burrata, olive, pomodoro e alici. Ingredienti eccellenti di alta qualità. Il proprietario ci ha proposto la terza pinsa in due, una fuori menù, “la pinsa del pellegrino” con tutti prodotti locali. Pensavo di non riuscire a finirla ma invece era così buona e leggera che la mia pancia ha ringraziato! A tutti i Pellegrini che passano da Vetralla consiglio di fermarsi a provare questa deliziosa pinsa!
We dined in this Pinseria along the Via Francigena. We were pleasantly surprised by the goodness and lightness of the dough! I got one with burrata, olives, tomato and anchovies. Excellent high quality ingredients. The owner offered us the third pinsa in two, one off the menu, “the pilgrim's pinsa” with all local products. I thought I couldn't finish it but instead it was so good and light that my belly thanked! I recommend to all pilgrims who pass by Vetralla to stop and try this delicious pinsa!
