Tutto ottimo! A remarkable variety of pizzas from the menu, as well as the possibility of building it to your liking. Lots of pizzas also gluten free. And desserts made by them. All great!

Taglia XXL e super buoni anche questi..e cosa molto importante, la mattina dopo, quando mi sono alzato, mi sentivo come se, la sera prima, nn avessi mangiato nulla che avesse avuto lieviti o che sia stato fritto..e a detta dei miei commensali (loro nn sono Celiaci e nn sono intolleranti a nulla), anche la loro pizza era buonissima e super condita..i dolci sono preparati da loro, sono tutti Senza Glutine e, alcuni, sono anche Senza Lattosio..per dire che riaffronterei il viaggio di circa 180 km (abito a Roma, loro sono a Vetralla, VT), ne vale la pena, ve lo garantisco..?????? Being Celiac and lactose intolerant, I took the Gluten and Lactose Free pizza .. very good pizza, super seasoned and very light dough .. and what about the supplì (always Gluten and Lactose Free) that I took as an appetizer? XXL size and super good too..and very importantly, the next morning, when I got up, I felt as if, the night before, I hadn't eaten anything that had yeast or had been fried ... my diners (they are not Celiacs and are not intolerant of anything), their pizza was also very good and super seasoned ... the desserts are prepared by them, they are all Gluten Free and, some, are also Lactose Free ... to say that I would face the journey of about 180 km (I live in Rome, they are in Vetralla, VT), it is worth it, I guarantee it ...

Il servizio è stato abbastanza veloce, il personale disponibile e professionale. Buona anche la pizza, consigliatissima la pizza al pistacchio e la panna cotta fatta da loro. Avrei preferito i fritti non surgelati, ma nel quadro completo gli do 5 stelle. It was the first time we went there, but we quickly regretted not having done it before. The service was fast enough, the staff helpful and professional. The pizza is also good, the pistachio pizza and the panna cotta made by them are highly recommended. I would have preferred the non-frozen fried foods, but in the whole picture I give it 5 stars.

Pizza molto buona, con ampia scelta e tanti gusti poco convenzionali ma ben pensati; si vede che c'è dietro una grande competenza e infatti alle pizze c'è una ragazza che partecipa a varie competizioni e il risultato per la clientela è tangibile. Servizio piacevole, con qualche piccolo passo falso di una cameriera che stava alle prime armi; nessun problema, anzi ci ha fatto molto piacere aiutarla a imparare il mestiere: è stata molto simpatica e i titolari l'hanno aiutata quando serviva. Torneremo per vedere i suoi progressi e per mangiare di nuovo le ottime pizze del menù. Ultima nota positiva: c'è stato un piccolo errore sul conto e il proprietario ci ha chiamato dopo che siamo andati via per correggerlo; un ulteriore segno di attenzione per la clientela, che abbiamo apprezzato. In generale l'atmosfera è familiare e piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente; bravi così ?

Consiglio le pizze del mese: Io ho scelto la settembrina (uvetta,cipolla rossa,noci e salsiccia der posto...) na delikatessen... Inoltre hanno a disposizione diversi impasti: per celiaci, integrali...ecc In più là mastro pizzaiolo (Valentina), ha vinto qualche premio a livello nazionale... Continuate così! TOP dough ? !!!!
