Il nostro frantoio è l'abbinamento della tradizione alla ricerca continua della perfezione nelle tecniche di lavorazione. La prima spremitura a freddo garantisce la genuinità di un extravergine destinato ad un consumatore attento, convinto a scegliere il meglio. Non per niente ciò che offriamo è lo stesso prodotto che viene consumato sulle tavole dei nostri soci produttori.
The Cooperativa Olivicoltori di Vetralla has been producing extra virgin olive oil for over 60 years. For several years we have chosen to evolve our production philosophy by developing new goals: creating a retail market and focusing exclusively on quality.
The experience we have accumulated over time has allowed us to obtain, year after year, a high quality product, sought after and obtained without any compromise.
Our mill is the combination of tradition and the continuous search for perfection in processing techniques. The first cold pressing guarantees the genuineness of an extra virgin oil destined for a careful consumer, convinced to choose the best. Not for nothing what we offer is the same product that is consumed on the tables of our producer members.
