Habe für 40Liter Olivenöl und die 60€Transportkosten im voraus bezahlt .
Nach langem hin und her (wobei ständig ich hinterherlaufen musste)
Musste ich einen Bekannten direkt zu der Firma schicken um überhaupt Olivenöl zu bekommen (Geld wollten Sie erstatten kam aber nie etwas)
Dabei haben Sie nicht die bezahlten 40 Liter ausgehändigt und auch die Transportkosten nicht erstattet
Dieses finde ich ist sehr frech und falsch das gehört sich nicht und soetwas macht man nicht

After a long time back and forth (where I constantly had to run after)
I had to send a friend directly to the company to get any olive oil at all (you wanted to reimburse money but never got anything)
You did not hand over the 40 liters you paid for and you did not reimburse the transport costs
I think this is very cheeky and wrong that is not appropriate and you don't do that
