P	Petra Bočkayová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best pinsa in Rome! I recommend carbonara. It was really delicious. Also the staff was nice and very helpful. They opened 10-15 minutes later than the official opening hours, so we had to wait a bit longer to get the pinsa, but it was worth it.

The food quality but specifically the dough texture and taste were outstanding. For an inexpensive but super satisfying pinsa you must try this place. And don't forget to try the Corsican beer.

The pizzas were just amazing (in fact these are pinsa not pizza which was even better as we got to try this Roman classic!). It’s a must try when in Rome!
