Scrivo solo che oggi ho incontrato la comessa piu maleducata. Non ci ho visto piu come ha trattato mia madre. Gli ho detto solo che si deve vergognare e che è maleducata. Neanche il coraggio di rispondere ha avuto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono appena stata nel vostro punto vendita a Fiume Veneto e non mi hanno cambiato un paio di pantaloni acquistati la vigilia di Natale con tanto di etichetta ancora attaccata e scontrino fiscale solo perché dal cartellino è stata tolta l'etichetta del prezzo. Essendo un regalo non so cosa dovevo fare... La motivazione è che non c'è più il codice. A parte che il codice è sullo scontrino volendo... Non esiste che non si possa cambiare un capo intatto e con il cartellino e lo scontrino d'acquisto solo perché manca un codice. Nessuno all'acquisto ha specificato che se toglievo il prezzo ed il codice non era possibile il cambio. Ho acquistato diverse volte, di sicuro hanno perso una cliente perchè tra l'altro mi è stato pure fatto notare in malo modo, come se avessi commesso un crimine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono stata insultata ingiustamente da una commessa che si è rifiutata di darmi il suo nome. Mai successo!!! La commessa che parlotava amichevolmente con un addetto alla sicurezza ha asserito forte e davanti a tutti i clienti presenti : è così tutto il giorno è non è neanche Natale!! Vorrei parlare con il titolare se possibile. È successo oggi alle ore 18 circa. Erano 2 le commesse ma io mi riferisco a quella con i capelli più lunghi con riflessi rossi e una treccia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo mi è capitata una commessa maleducata, Valentina. Quattro camerini,, due occupati da clienti uno da scatoloni e casini vari. Mi accomodo in quello a fianco che sembrava libero, in fretta provo un solo paio di pantaloni ma quando esco per guardarmi allo specchio mi sento apostrofare dalla commessa in modo brusco, : signora.. Noi stiamo 'sballando' per poi andare dalla sua collega e dire 'bè io l ho avvisata eh!! Non credevo di aver mancato di educazione nei loro confronti. . .. Premetto che ho fatto la commessa per molti anni anch'io e quindi ho sempre un grande rispetto per la categoria ma anche per i clienti..

MI È STATO RISPOSYO NN DOVREI SENTIRMI OFFESSA CHE LE REGOLE LE FA IL GOVERNO ? MA CHE GIUSTIFICAZIONE È QUESTA DIFRONTE ALLA MALEDUCAZIONE E ARROGANZA. . SINO COMMENT
