Highly recommended! Prepared, helpful and very patient girls! I always steal a lot of time from them, because I am not very practical in make-up and they explain and advise me every time!

Dopo una serie di chiamate , una volta ottenuta una risposta, ho comunicato all'operatrice del centro estetico se fosse disponibile un fondotinta MAC N 4.5 e un prime della Clarins. Mi è stato comunicato che non occupandosi della profumeria sarei stata ricontattata dal personale preposto. Non ho ricevuto nessuna chiamata, nel pomeriggio mi sono recata da Torino Sud in negozio, la commessa pur avendo un post-it sul bancone non si è posta minimamente il problema e dopo aver chiesto i 2 prodotti, solo in un secondo momento mi ha comunicato la non disponibilità del prodotto ( alla cassa tra le mani un fondotinta con codice diverso).Se avessi ricevuto la chiamata avrei provveduto all' acquisto in un'altro negozio MAC di Torino. Mi sono sentita presa in giro, delusa, poco rispetto e professionalità.
DISAPPOINTED FOR THE LACK OF PTOFESSIONALITY
After a series of calls, once I got an answer, I communicated to the beauty center operator if a MAC N 4.5 foundation and a Clarins prime were available. I was informed that not taking care of the perfumery I would be contacted by the staff in charge. I did not receive any calls, in the afternoon I went to the shop from Torino Sud, the saleswoman, despite having a post-it on the counter, did not ask herself the problem at all and after asking for the 2 products, she communicated to me only later the unavailability of the product (a foundation with a different code in my hands at the checkout). If I had received the call I would have proceeded to purchase it in another MAC store in Turin. I felt teased, disappointed, little respect and professionalism.

Devo proprio dire che sia le ragazze della profumeria sia le ragazze dell'estetica lavorano con amore pur essendo tanto giovani... chi ha fatto le selezioni dello staff sa quel che fa di sicuro. Quindi tantissimi complimenti all'azienda e alle ragazze.
Solo un consiglio da parte mia è quello di aggiungere più tipologie di depilazione oltre alla ceretta!
Very good these girls who all work with passion.
I must really say that both the perfumery girls and the aesthetics girls work with love despite being so young ... those who have made the selections of the staff know what they do for sure. So many compliments to the company and the girls.
Just a tip from me is to add more types of hair removal in addition to waxing!

Non do la quinta stellina perché siccome sono uscite due fragranze nuove una femminile e una maschile che erano disponibili a bancone per poterle testare avrei gradito, anche se questa volta non ho acquistato nulla ma sono cliente e ho spesso comprato, avrei gradito un piccolo camipione omaggio di queste due nuove fragranze da provare a casa .... a volte questa piccola azione è importante in una profumeria .
A good perfumery, kind and helpful shop assistants, cleanliness and order. I do not give the fifth star because as two new fragrances came out, one for women and one for men that were available at the counter to be able to test them, I would have liked, even if this time I have not bought anything but I am a customer and I have often bought, I would have liked a small free sample of these two new fragrances to try at home .... sometimes this little action is important in a perfumery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto bello con una bella scelta di brand sia per quanto riguarda i trucchi che i profumi. Personale molto gentile e disponibile nel soddisfare le richieste del clienti.
Esperienza ogni volta molto positiva, in particolar modo oggi ci siamo trovate molto bene con la ragazza con i capelli bianchi (una bambola) che ci ha servito con molta gentilezza e cura. Torneremo sicuramente Abbiamo visto che il negozio ha anche all’interno un centro estetico, consigliato!

Very positive experience every time, especially today we got on very well with the girl with white hair (a doll) who served us with a lot of kindness and care. We will definitely be back. We saw that the shop also has a beauty center inside, recommended!
