La cornice è suggestiva nel borgo di San Giorgio.Al momento è l'unico ristorante spagnolo a Roma e dintorni degno di questo nome. Excellent paella, young and attentive staff. The setting is suggestive in the village of San Giorgio, at the moment it is the only Spanish restaurant in and around Rome worthy of the name.

Nonostante le molte persone rimane cmq non caotico. Bello l'ambiente sotto il castello san Giorgio. Consigliato! Ottimo il cibo, buoni i drink, servizio cordiale e veloce. Prezzi assolutamente adeguati a ciò che viene proposto. Torneremo sicuramente per provare anche la famosa paella. Consigliato. Fantastic Tapas Bar located in the historic Borgo San Giorgio. Cozy outdoor space, with a workstation dedicated to the preparation of paella. Great food, good drinks, friendly and fast service. Prices absolutely adequate for what is proposed. We will definitely come back to try the famous paella as well. Recommended.

Il polpo alla gallega e la paella veramente eccezionale meritano speciale menzione! Sangria pure ottima! Torneremo sicuramente anche perché location veramente graziosa e servizio veloce e premuroso. Abbiamo mangiato ottimo cibo spagnolo dal patanegra ad una paella fantastica. Buonissima anche la sangria. Staff composto principalmente da ragazzi molto gentili e preparati. Da provare assolutamente! Recommended by my sister we stayed in this very nice and well cared for special place. We ate great Spanish food from patanegra to fantastic paella. Nasce in un antico borghetto di Maccarese che sta vivendo un vero e proprio rilancio! Il ristorante è stato una sorpresa. Personale carino e giovane, cocktail buoni e paella ancora di più! Il menu ha il giusto numero di scelte per essere sicuri di ricevere sempre un buon piatto! Abbiamo assaggiato anche il polpo ed i taglieri di salumi. Tutto veramente buono. La spesa è adeguata ai prodotti serviti. Direi nella media. Parcheggio non comodissimo ma di certo non impossibile. Consiglio vie limitrofe. L'ho provato per cena ma c'è un bel movimento anche nel dopocena. Tornerò sicuramente Spectacular! Starting from the location. Really an enhancement of the place. It was born in an ancient hamlet of Maccarese which is experiencing a real revival! The restaurant was a surprise. Nice and young staff, good cocktails and even more paella! The menu has the right number of choices to make sure you always get a good dish! We also tasted the octopus and the cold cuts. All really good. The expense is adequate for the products served. I would say average. Parking is not very convenient but certainly not impossible. I recommend neighboring streets. I tried it for dinner but there is a good movement even after dinner. I will definitely be back
