a	arnaldo pietrapertosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho esordito ieri sera a mangiare in questo grazioso ristorante etnico in compagnia di una coppia di amici e di già stamani a recensirlo in quanto ne vale davvero la pena. In questa taverna si respira un po' di quella magica aria iberica. Complessivamente si mangia davvero bene e il mio palato mi ha ringraziato per averlo prelibato degli ottimi sapori ricevuti. Un piccolo grande appunto però mi suggerisce di farlo, ed è questo il motivo per cui non ho messo le cinque stellette alla recensione, e cioè la stracottura del riso nelle paelle ricevute. Questo inconveniente notato sia per la paella di carne che per quella di pesce. Non vorrei sbagliare ma credo che ciò sia dipeso dalla qualità del riso utilizzato che non ha tenuto bene la cottura. Mi rendo conto della difficoltà di reperire del riso "bomba" qui a Roma ma vi consiglierei di ovviare a questo piccolo inconveniente per ottenere un bel 10 con lode da parte di tutti i i vostri commensali. Comunque complimenti a tutti voi e seguitate così. I started eating in this nice ethnic restaurant last night in the company of a couple of friends and already this morning to review it as it is really worth it. In this tavern you can breathe some of that magical Iberian air. Overall, the food is really good and my palate thanked me for having delighted him with the excellent flavors received. A little big note, however, suggests me to do it, and this is the reason why I did not put the five stars in the review, and that is the overcooking of the rice in the paellas received. This drawback noted for both meat and fish paella. I would not be wrong but I think this is due to the quality of the rice used which did not keep cooking well. I realize the difficulty of finding "bomb" rice here in Rome but I would advise you to overcome this small inconvenience to get a nice 10 with honors from all your diners. Anyway congratulations to all of you and keep it up.
V	Virginia Torella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non solo abbiamo mangiato benissimo ritrovando sapori spagnoli (dalle tapas ai dolci, passando per una meravigliosa paella e un ottimo vino tinto), ma tutto il personale è sempre stato attento, gentile e disponibile, anche con la nostra cagnolina a cui hanno subito portato una ciotola d'acqua senza neanche chiedere. Super consigliato! Torneremo presto :) Not only did we eat very well finding Spanish flavors (from tapas to desserts, passing through a wonderful paella and an excellent tinto wine), but all the staff were always attentive, kind and helpful, even with our dog to whom they immediately brought a bowl of water without even asking. Super recommended! We will be back soon :)
A	Antonio Ingrosso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrando nel locale si è accolti dal sorriso sincero dei ragazzi che ti trasmettono passione e felicità nel fare il proprio mestiere.. E lo fanno davvero bene! Valerio è riuscito a tranquillizzare e coccolare la mia piccola peste. Il locale è accogliente e colorato così come i piatti.. Gustosissimi. Il maialino super tenero si è sciolto in bocca. La paella eccezionale nei sapori, equilibrata, "bruciacchiata" al punto giusto, mi sarei mangiato anche la paedella!! Torneremo sicuramente a provare altre tapas. Anche la seconda volta tutto perfetto Entering the restaurant you are greeted by the sincere smile of the guys who transmit passion and happiness in doing their job .. And they do it really well! Valerio managed to calm and pamper my little pest. The place is welcoming and colorful as well as the dishes .. Tasty. Super tender piglet melted in the mouth. The paella exceptional in flavors, balanced, "scorched" to the right point, I would have eaten the paedella too !! We will definitely be back to try other tapas. Even the second time everything was perfect

È da tanto tempo che volevo provarlo essendo un amante della cucina spagnola e il Malandros ha soddisfatto appieno le mie aspettative. Da bere non si può non prendere una buonissima sangria, come antipasti abbiamo preso croquetas de jamon, talmente buone che abbiamo fatto il bis! La prossima volta proverò quelle al baccalà,pulpo a la gallega, empanadillas de verduras, patatas bravas con sopra una maionese molto buona fatta con pimentón (spezia tipica spagnola simile alla paprika) aglio e cipolla, tagliere di jamon iberico de bellota (spettacolare) e per finire una paella ai frutti di mare,strepitosa! Come dolci consiglio i churros con il dulce de leche, per chi non lo conoscesse, il dulce de leche è il caramello,una cosa sublime! Avremmo fatto il bis di tutto per quanto siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Da menzionare anche la simpatia e professionalità del personale. Tornerò sicuramente... 5 stelle meritate.
