Personale gentile e competente, spiegano e consigliano in base ai propri gusti abbinamenti tra i vari piatti, la carne ed i vini. La scelta è veramente ampia. Si consiglia la prenotazione. Complimenti! Spectacular place to enjoy traditional Roman dishes and exquisite meat. L	Lorenzo Cerrato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sotto consiglio di nostra amico, ci siamo ritrovati in questa bellissima taverna. il luogo pittoresco come se fossimo entrati in una caverna di tufo degli anni 60 ci siamo veramente stupidi di quanto l'aspetto rustico possa ingannare gli occhi di un eventuale avventure infatti siamo rimasti più che stupidi non solo dal servizio impeccabile dei camerieri ma soprattutto lampi e scelta dei vini e dei piatti proposti hanno superando le aspettative iniziando dal menù molto signorile e ben curato, tanto di cappello alla cucina, che ha valorizzato le proposte del menù in maniera impeccabile, devo dire tutto impeccabile, a partire dalla selezione di oli, il burro, il menù dei vini alquanto intrigante, la tartare era spaventosamente buona... Il tagliere di salumi, per iniziare con un classico, devo dire nella norma. I primi... O mio Dio i primi... Aiutatemi a dire quanto erano buoni... Abbiamo preso i capellini di pasta fresca con ragù alle 5 carni, e un tagliolino con tartufo nero. Insomma dopo aver mangiato anche i dolci abbiamo deciso all'unanimità che torneremo per mangiare la carne... Abbiamo mangiato antipasti, primi e dolci veramente ottimi, la prossima volta proveremo anche la carne, che è veramente una novità essendo un ristorante a 5 minuti dal mare. Il conto non è certo dei più economici, ma vale la spesa. Il parcheggio è molto ampio quindi non ci sono problemi neanche per lasciare la macchina. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Assolutamente consigliato Wonderful lunch and beautiful location. The very attentive, precise and professional staff is combined with a truly excellent quality of raw materials. We ate really excellent appetizers, first courses and desserts, next time we will also try the meat, which is really a novelty being a restaurant 5 minutes from the sea. The bill is certainly not the cheapest, but it is worth the expense. The parking is very large so there are no problems even to leave the car. We will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended

Caccio, Peppe e Tartufo - truffle pasta is simply a pleasure. I’ve seen quite a few places around Italy. This place is a 5 star recommendation for wonderful cuisine adventure. Enjoy!
