The best shop to buy furniture. Very attentive to customer requests. Competent and professional suggestions. They were also present after the sale after 2 years of purchase to solve problems not caused by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 anni fa acquistai una camera in questo negozio tutto bene ( prezzi alti ma materiale ottimo). Una settimana fa ho chiamato per chiedere se potevano smontare e rimontare un armadio in un'altra stanza, mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero richiamato ( non specificato ma fatto capire che sarebbe avvenuto entro 2/3 giorni). Oggi sono passata di persona in negozio e mi è stato assicurato che mi avrebbero chiamata nel tardo pomeriggio. Non si è fatto sentire nessuno!!! Ritengo non sia corretto nei confronti di un cliente! E comunque se non volevano fare il lavoro bastava dirlo avrei cercato da un'altra parte senza perdere tempo!
20 years ago I bought a room in this shop all right (high prices but excellent material). A week ago I called to ask if they could disassemble and reassemble a closet in another room, they told me they would call me back (not specified but made it clear that it would happen within 2/3 days). Today I went to the store in person and was assured that they would call me in the late afternoon. No one has been heard !!! I believe it is not correct towards a customer! And anyway, if they didn't want to do the job, it was enough to say it, I would have looked somewhere else without wasting time!
