★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di transito nelle Marche ho avuto bisogno di un centro assistenza per il mio notebook che non ne voleva sapere di accendersi. Mi hanno consigliato questo centro assistenza computer e devo lodare " l'umanità" di un tecnico a nome Luca. Era pieno zeppo di lavoro, ma spiegatogli la mia necessità e sopratutto del fatto che ero di passaggio mi ha messo davanti a tutti. Dopo circa 1 ora il mio notebook si è miracolosamente acceso.
Non posso fare altro che ringraziarlo e fargli una menzione alla sua professionalità
In transit in the Marche I needed a service center for my notebook that didn't want to know to turn it on. They recommended this computer assistance center and I must praise the "humanity" of a technician by the name of Luca. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 4 tecnici finalmente ho trovato chi ha davvero RISOLTO i problemi dei computer in azienda. Prezzi leggermente superiori alla media, ma un servizio professionale senza eguali. In meno di 2 ore la mia azienda era nuovamente online e operativa !! Personalmente non posso fare altro che ringraziarli pubblicamente e consigliargli a tutti coloro i quali stanno cercando professionisti con la P maiuscola e non tecnici "fai da te".

After 4 technicians I finally found who really solved the problems of computers in the company. Prices slightly above average, but unmatched professional service. In less than 2 hours my company was online and operational again !! Personally I can not help but thank them publicly and advise all those who are looking for professionals with a capital P and non-technical "do it yourself".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is more about the UPS Access Point experience rather than the computer shop. I've ordered sneakers with the prepaid UPS return label in the box and asked the man if it's possible to return the box here if I need. He said he don't know anything, I showed him the ups label, and he even didn't want to see it, ignoring all the questions. Zero services, zero help for the people from the other countries and who first time tried to order anything here. UPS must review the service they are providing.
