U	Umberto Diotalevi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cambiato la scheda madre di un portatile, ci è voluto un po' di tempo ma non è stata colpa del negozio bensì del pezzo che è rimasto bloccato alla dogana. Dopo aver ricevuto il computer, ho notato che il WiFi non funzionava(non avevano potuto verificarlo per via della password). Ho riportato il computer e nel giro di 2/3 ore hanno cambiato gratuitamente la scheda wifi che si era bruciata. Consigliato I changed the motherboard of a laptop, it took a while but it wasn't the shop's fault but the piece that got stuck at customs. After receiving the computer, I noticed that the WiFi was not working (they could not verify it due to the password). I brought back the computer and within 2/3 hours they changed the wifi card which had burned out for free. Recommended

Gli lascio il computer più di un mese, insistendo per sapere senza ricevere una risposta diversa. Alla fine disperato ritiro il pc, chiamo altri negozi di riparazione e appena descrivo il problema TUTTI mi dicono come sia imposibile che si debba "trovare il Bios giusto" e che era un pc irriparabile dall'inizio se non cambiando la scheda madre. Unica nota positiva hanno avuto la gentilezza di non farmi pagare la manodopera. The only positive note they had the kindness of not charging me for labor.

Ho acquistato un pc e ho ricevuto un'ottima assistenza per l'installazione di tutti i programmi e di tutto quanto necessario per avviarlo al completo di tutto. Ho anche fatto riparare un vecchio pc che non si accendeva più e per fortuna Sebastiano ha recuperato tutti i dati e li ha trasferiti sul nuovo pc. E' diventato un punto di riferimento per tutto ciò che riguarda la tecnologia. Consigliatissimo!!! Sebastiano and Amalia are very kind, professional and courteous. I bought a pc and I received excellent assistance for installing all the programs and everything necessary to start it fully. I also had an old pc repaired that didn't turn on anymore and luckily Sebastiano recovered all the data and transferred them to the new pc. Il problema non era di così facile gestione, tanto che il pc lo avevamo già portato in altro negozio.. Qui abbiamo trovato tanta gentilezza e dedizione, professionalità, tempestività e molta attenzione al cliente. Complimenti davvero al proprietario, che con un lavoro certosino, minuzioso e preciso, si è adoperato con tutti i modi possibili pur di risolvere il problema al nostro pc, confrontandosi sempre con noi sul lavoro da compiere. Dopo il tanto tempo prezioso dedicatoci, è riuscito a risolvere l'antipatico guasto. Ritorneremo sicuramente come punto di riferimento per ogni bisogno o acquisto in campo di tecnologia.
