Acquistata una splendida cucina a ottobre 2019 con elettrodomestici ad incasso Whirlpool. Ho chiesto di dare assoluta priorità al frigorifero NO-FROST. Mi è stato garantito il top e mi sono ritrovata con un frigo STOP-frost che fa ghiaccio nel congelatore come quelli di una volta. L'inganno è nato da Whirlpool a Pedini la quale è stata convinta di vendermi un frigorifero No-Frost e quindi in buona fede accontentare me. Oggi, mi trovo ancora con quel frigorifero, dopo numerosi tentativi, da parte dell'assistenza Whirlpool a sistemarlo fino a sostituirlo con uno identico che lavora, purtroppo, ancor peggio dell'altro. Ci troviamo a togliere ghiaccio continuamente perché si bloccano i cassetti nel congelatore. Questa cosa mi ha lasciata delusa, insoddisfatta e arrabbiata. Nonostante la bella cucina mi sento di sconsigliare Whirlpool e consigliare agli acquirenti di accertarsi scrupolosamente della scelta degli elettrodomestici. Mi sento di aggiungere però che Pedini si sta adoperando per trovarmi un frigo (delle dimensioni del mio) di altra marca che sia certamente No-Frost e delle stesse dimensioni per sostituirlo ancora. Purchased a stunning kitchen in October 2019 with Whirlpool built-in appliances. I asked to give absolute priority to the NO-FROST refrigerator. I was guaranteed the top and found myself with a STOP-frost fridge that makes ice in the freezer like they used to be. The deception was born from Whirlpool to Pedini which was convinced to sell me a No-Frost refrigerator and therefore in good faith to please me. Today, I am still with that refrigerator, after numerous attempts, by Whirlpool assistance to fix it up to replace it with an identical one that works, unfortunately, even worse than the other. We find ourselves removing ice all the time because the drawers in the freezer become blocked. This has left me disappointed, unsatisfied and angry. Despite the beautiful kitchen, I would advise against Whirlpool and advise buyers to be careful about the choice of appliances. I would like to add, however, that Pedini is working to find me a fridge (the size of mine) of another brand that is certainly No-Frost and of the same size to replace it again. I'm waiting

Pedini NY has failed to deliver the kitchen that was specified and agreed when I paid a deposit back in February. I had selected Pedini because it could produce a unique door system for our dimensions, a unique finish and a custom Island. They were unable to create the unique finish despite their assurances prior to making the deposit. Similarly they were unable to produce the island within the cost they had quoted knowing well our requirements they then attempted to argue that there was a misunderstanding. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to work with them. The final straw came when after multiple emails we had no communication from Pedini NY, I contacted Pedini Italy on June 29th to find out what happened to my order. I received a response on July 17th and was shocked to discover that Pedini Italy had informed Pedini NY on July 3rd that door system that was specified and order was not capable of custom production and Pedini New York should not have offered it. I also discovered from Pedini Italy that they had received no monies for the order and that the order had only been placed in June, even though the deposit had been paid in February. When I made the order in February I was clear that the kitchen was to be delivered in July before the factories closed in Italy. I have raised the issue with Pedini Italy and the response so far has been to refer me back to NY, this is not an acceptable response or a way with dealing with the grave failings of the NY office. Pedini it is your reputation on the line as much as the NY office. I have prepared a dossier of the email exchanges and representations made by Pedini NY that demonstrate the poor service, happy to forward to interested parties. I expected so much better from a world wide company like Pedini. I have asked through various emails for the deposit to be fully refunded given the failures to deliver the kitchen as specified.
