Проблемы: очень темная, отсутствуют лампочки, не работает посудомойка. Excellent apartment in a very old building a minute walk from Piazzale Roma. The rooms are clean and tidy. Problems: very dark, no light bulbs, dishwasher not working.
V	Volodymyr Kotenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Затишні апартаменти. Тихо, близько до зупинки ваппарето і громадського транспорту. В 500 метрах від апартаментів є супермаркет COOP. Трохи засмутило що власник не попередив про сортування сміття. Хоча за це можуть накласти чималий штраф, а табличка про це непомітна. Також на кухні нам не вистачало ножів. Є 3 селейтерськіх ножи і нема звичайних. Також було б непогано додати якісь миски для салатів. Додати лопатку розмішування і ложку для спагетті. Ще в апартаментах є посудомийна машина, але немає засобів для миття в ній. Я так розумію що треба купляти самим їх. В телеграмі власник проігнорував моє питання В цілому апартаменти сподобалися. Ми провели чудові 5 днів в Венеції. Cozy apartment. Quiet, close to the vappareto stop and public transport. A COOP supermarket is 500 meters away. It was a little upset that the owner did not warn about sorting garbage. Although for this they can impose a considerable fine, and the sign about it is invisible. We also lacked knives in the kitchen. There are 3 celery knives and no ordinary ones. It would also be nice to add some salad bowls. Add a stirring spatula and a spaghetti spoon. There is also a dishwasher in the apartment, but there are no detergents in it. I understand that you need to buy them yourself. In the telegram, the owner ignored my question In general, I liked the apartment. We spent a wonderful 5 days in Venice.
J	Josef Aschl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recht durchwachsen hier. 2-3 Sterne. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig, sauber geputzt. Preis-Leistung akzeptabel, aber recht herunter gewirtschaftet. Sitzpolster der Sessel sind fleckig, Couch abgewetzt, Bad schimmelt und die Lampe… siehe Foto… sollte dringend gemacht werden. Pretty mixed here. 2-3 stars. The location is great, very quiet, clean cleaned. Value for money acceptable, but quite run down. Upholstery of the armchairs are stained, the couch is scuffed, the bathroom is moldy and the lamp... see photo... should be done urgently.

D	Daniel Shrage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice 2 bedroom apartment. Good for families. Excellent location, if you want to be near the bus station. That could be very convenient if you have a lot of luggage, but be prepared for at least a mile walk to get to most tourist attractions. Inside a gated complex. Good wifi. Luca ( the manager) met us at the bus station, was very professional and conveniently had a card reader with him. I would definitely stay here again.
