J	Janie W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durch einen grünen Innenhof gelangt man zu den 6 Wohnungen - 3 davon befinden sich unten im Erdgeschoss und 3 Wohnungen jeweils darüber in der ersten Etage mit Zugang über eine Treppe. Die unteren Wohnungen haben eine nette Terrasse mit Stühlen und Tisch direkt am Kanal (hinter der Mauer). Die Wohnung war sauber, das Schlafzimmer nett eingerichtet, die Küche allerdings eher zweckmäßig mit nicht mehr ganz modernen Fliesen und einer Karten Ausstattung. Also es ist alles da, was man braucht, auch Salatschleuder, Käsereibe etc., aber für 3 Leute eben nur 3-4 Teller u.ä. Sehr flexibler Vermieter hat uns netter Weise noch umziehen lassen in eine Erdgeschosswohnung, weil die Treppe in der oberen Wohnung mit unserem Kleinkind nicht ging. A green inner courtyard leads to the 6 apartments - 3 of them are located below on the ground floor and 3 apartments above on the first floor with access via a staircase. The lower apartments have a nice terrace with chairs and a table directly on the canal (behind the wall). The apartment was clean, the bedroom nicely furnished, but the kitchen was more functional with not very modern tiles and map equipment. So everything is there that you need, including a salad spinner, cheese grater etc., but only 3-4 plates and the like for 3 people. Very flexible landlord kindly let us move to a ground floor apartment because the stairs in the upper apartment did not go with our toddler.

M	Matt Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is very friendly and thorough. The reason for a 2 star is because of the condition of the hotel itself. Carpet is very old. There was a strong smell of garbage/ sewage coming from the kitchen. The location of the hotel is sketchy. Graffiti is everywhere. The radical gang antifa reminds you that this is their territory. They have spray painted their symbols and “antifa zone” everywhere. When we arrived, we were greeted with a protest lead by the antifa gang. Definitely did not feel safe.
