★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino alla fine degli anni 50 questa funicolare collegava il centro della citta' praticamente con l'ingresso della stazione ferroviaria del quartiere Sala.
Chiusa perche' ritenuta obsoleta, e' stata riaperta negli anni 80 e collegata ad un parcheggio per cercare di sgravare il centro storico dal traffico.
Il servizio non e' male, ma non mi pate che lo scopo sia stato raggiunto..

Until the late 1950s this funicular railway connected the center of the city practically with the entrance to the railway station in the Sala district.
Closed because it was considered obsolete, it was reopened in the 80s and connected to a parking lot to try to relieve the historical center from traffic.
The service is not bad, but I don't mind that the goal has been achieved.
