★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piazza centrale di Santa Lucia del Mela, punto cardine del paese e della vita degli abitanti. Restaurata da anni, ha un aspetto semplice ma elegante al tempo stesso. Molto carina e suggestiva. Un bel punto di ritrovo dopo un giro del paese. Ci si può rilassare nei diversi locali presenti. Mi dispiace per la piccola chiesetta in stato di abbandono che se venisse, almeno esternamente, restaurata darebbe senz'altro un punto in più all'aspetto della piazza già ben tenuta. È sicuramente uno delle zone più piacevoli dove poter osservare il grande spettacolo pirotecnico del 5 agosto, da non perdere.
 Central square of Santa Lucia del Mela, the cornerstone of the town and the life of the inhabitants. Restored for years, it looks simple but elegant at the same time. Very pretty and suggestive. A nice meeting point after a tour of the country. You can relax in the different rooms present. I am sorry for the small church in a state of neglect which if it were restored, at least externally, would certainly give an extra point to the appearance of the already well-kept square. It is certainly one of the most pleasant areas where you can observe the great fireworks display of August 5th, not to be missed.
