The park of the walls is truly a jewel, kept very tidy, good maintenance, the new gymnastic path offers a couple of km of path to run in the middle of nature with a view of the city and the sea, fabulous sunsets, tools for doing exercises and nice atmosphere.

G	Giuosuè Zeneize on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il percorso ginnico nuovo del Peralto: si sviluppa in una zona ombrosa e fresca, vicina al Belvedere, con qualche falsopiano. E’ lungo 1,1 chilometro e si può considerare adatto a tutti. Più impegnativo perché pietroso in certi tratti è l’itinerario Baracche- Trensasco. A percorrerlo tutto si fanno 10,4 chilometri. Parte invece da Oregina il percorso vecchio del Peralto, dove si alternano salite a discese , tratti sterrati e asfaltati, per un totale di 1,3 chilometri. Adatto a podisti più allenati. the new gymnastic course of Peralto: it develops in a shady and cool area, close to the Belvedere, with some slight plateaus. It is 1.1 kilometer long and can be considered suitable for everyone. The Baracche-Trensasco itinerary is more demanding because it is stony in some sections. It takes 10.4 kilometers to cover it all. The old Peralto route, on the other hand, starts from Oregina, where uphill and downhill stretches, dirt and asphalted sections alternate, for a total of 1.3 kilometers. Suitable for more trained runners.

Nei weekend soleggiati il percorso è affollato da famiglie con bambini, cani e passeggini che rendono un po duro il passaggio in bicicletta. Beautiful and relaxing. The idea of adding interactive exercises during the course is very nice. On sunny weekends the route is crowded with families with children, dogs and strollers that make cycling a bit hard.
S	Stefano Perrone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considerata la mancanza di spazi in una città come Genova stretta tra Monti e mare questo percorso cittadino ma di fatto già in campagna è una grande risorsa per allenarsi. Il percorso di circa un paio di Km si snoda tra dolci sali scendi e salite "impegnative" presenta spazi attrezzati per ginnastica. Purtroppo le attrezzature ginniche sono alquanto carenti sebbene negli ultimi anni qualcosa sia stata fatta. Sarebbe bello se le istruzioni locali provvedessero a rifare la pavimentazione e arricchire con nuovi attrezzi. Given the lack of space in a city like Genoa, between the mountains and the sea, this city route is already a great resource for training in the countryside. The route of about a couple of kilometers winds through gentle up and down slopes and "challenging" climbs with spaces equipped for gymnastics. Unfortunately, the exercise equipment is somewhat lacking although something has been done in recent years. It would be nice if the local instructions provided to redo the flooring and enrich with new tools.
