Very kind doctor and professionalism, great square!

Today I call Dr. Piazza for the first time for the prescription of some specialist visits, in the age of covid it is necessary to make an appointment. He replies and tells me that I can go to the clinic. It is the first time we have seen each other, the waiting room is empty, so I go inside, I explain the situation to him, he makes me demanding, so we say goodbye and I go to the cup to make an appointment. I stand in line, they call me and I take all three appointments, when I go out I re-read the cards and instead of my name there is that of a lady unknown to me, so I get back in line and the employee seeing me calls me immediately. I point out that there is an error and after a quick check it turns out that the error belongs to Dr. Piazza. I call the doctor and explain to him, he tells me that he was wrong and that I have to go back to him. I take the car and go. In the meantime, the waiting room has filled up, I sit down. A user comes out of the surgery, he sees me and mumbles something at my address, but he wears the mask and I don't understand anything, I approach him and he tells me that I will have to wait, I tell him it's okay as long as he has time to return to the cup. He replies that I do not have to complain and that he has seen me without an appointment, he does not think of apologizing for the mistake, after which he stands up, gets the wrong cards and tears them in front of my face and tells me to find me another doctor. I'm leaving, not before I told him what I think of him. All of this happened today, 27-07-2020
