Esito dei miei esami del sangue pronti da ieri 7 settembre....vado oggi per ritirarli e dopo un ora e mezza di coda mi dicono che non sono ancora pronti!!! Ma stiamo scherzando? Pazzesco.......
 Bad Medical Center in every sense! Medical and non-medical personnel of little value. Interminable waits. Results of my blood tests ready from yesterday September 7 .... I go today to collect them and after an hour and a half of queue they tell me that they are not ready yet !!! Are we joking? Crazy.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DOPO TRE MESI VEDO CHE IL SISTEMA E' ADDIRITTURA PEGGIORATO: DA STAMATTINA ALLE 8 NON SONO ANCORA RIUSCITA A PRENDERE LA LINEA. UNA VOLTA DIGITATO IL NUMERO PER LA PRENOTAZIONE, LA LINEA SI STACCA IN AUTOMATICO. SERVIZIO VERAMENTE PESSIMO, SOPRATTUTTO IN QUESTO PERIODO DOVE SIAMO COSTRETTI A PRESENTARCI AGLI SPORTELLI E INVECE SI DOVREBBE EVITARE DI CREARE CODE ED ASSEMBRAMENTI PER OPERAZIONI CHE SI POSSONO COMODAMENTE FARE VIA TELEFONO.
NON HO VERAMENTE PAROLE!!!!!!!!
Servizio telefonico pessimo. Ero nella decima posizione, sono stata in attesa mezz'ora e quando é stato il mio turno hanno staccato la linea. Questa esperienza si é ripetuta tre volte in una mattina!!!
AFTER THREE MONTHS I SEE THAT THE SYSTEM IS EVEN WORSE: FROM THIS MORNING TO 8 AM I HAVE NOT YET BE ABLE TO TAKE THE LINE. ONCE THE BOOKING NUMBER IS INSERTED, THE LINE WILL DISCONNECT AUTOMATICALLY. REALLY BAD SERVICE, ESPECIALLY DURING THIS PERIOD WHERE WE ARE FORCED TO PRESENT US AT THE COUNTERS AND INSTEAD YOU SHOULD AVOID CREATING QUEUES AND ASSEMBLIES FOR OPERATIONS THAT CAN BE EASILY DONE VIA PHONE.
I REALLY HAVE NO WORDS !!!!!!!!
Bad telephone service. I was in tenth position, I was waiting for half an hour and when it was my turn they disconnected the line. This experience was repeated three times in one morning !!!

Bad telephone booking service: line not always available; worse still, the on-line booking service which does not even allow the introduction of the tax code to be able to register.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ semplicemente nel sito dovrebbero scrivere che resteranno chiusi dal 24 dicembre al 2 gennaio. Evidentemente in quei giorni le malattie fanno ferie. Sono convenzionati con il sistema sanitario nazionale,quindi pagati con i soldi dei contribuenti
simply on the site they should write that they will be closed from December 24th to January 2nd. Evidently in those days the illnesses take holidays. They have an agreement with the national health system, so they are paid with taxpayers' money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima di mia figlia per un semplice prelievo di sangue. In 2 non sono stati capaci di farle il prelievo perché, a detta loro, non trovavano la vena. (Qualche mese prima stesso posto, con una terza persona più esperta non aveva avuto problemi!!). Dopo aver provato per un po' in un braccio, hanno deciso di provare nei polsi...entrambi pietosamente massacrati senza risultato!! Polsi gonfi per 3 giorni e lividi inguardabili!!! Suggerimento: cambiate lavoro, consiglierei macellai!!???
