Saremmo stati contenti di pagarne anche di più se il trattamento fosse stato professionale come 5 anni fa. Purtroppo è sorprendente come tutto sia diverso dalle nostre precedenti esperienze. Tutta la nostra comprensione per il personale di supporto al medico che ci ha visitato. Il personale è stato disponibile ed educato. Il medico ...probabilmente ....non era proprio la sua giornata migliore...ma non ci torneremo più. Dispiaciuti ed assolutamente scontenti. Nessuna stella, ma non è possibile metterne meno. We are back after 5 years, three people for three visits, total 320 euros with several visits for each of us. From Bergamo to Crema. We would have been happy to pay even more if the treatment had been as professional as 5 years ago. Unfortunately it is surprising how everything is different from our previous experiences. All our understanding for the support staff of the doctor who visited us. The staff was helpful and polite. The doctor ... probably ... it wasn't really his best day ... but we won't be back any more. Sorry and absolutely unhappy. No star, but it is not possible to put less.

Ultimamente forse per fretta od altro, dopo la visita sono state prescritte nuove lenti e.. vedo meno bene di prima. L' ottico da colpa all' oculista e l'oculista all' ottico. Per trovare una soluzione dovrò trovare nuovo oculista, ottico e altri euro. I have been there several times and I was fine. Ho effettuato una visita per un problema ad un occhio, mi sono stati prescritti antibiotici per 2 settimane senza spiegarmi quale fosse il problema. Addirittua la dottoressa era alterata nel rispondere alla mie domande. Per il prezzo che si paga mi aspetto un servizio di alta qualità. Assolutamente non tornerò più. NOT RECOMMEND. Poor visit, unfriendly and unprepared staff. I had a visit for an eye problem, I was prescribed antibiotics for 2 weeks without explaining what the problem was. Even the doctor was upset in answering my questions. For the price you pay I expect high quality service. I will absolutely never go back.
M	Mirko Resmini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale davvero accogliente, personale molto preparato e ti danno qualsiasi tipo di informazione e consiglio gli richiedi....ottimo sia per grandi che per bambini....molto veloci senza farti perdere tempo....prenotato e dopo una settimana sono andato per fare visita, avendo un problema particolare alla cornea mi hanno eseguito immediatamente un'ulteriore visita specifica senza farmi perdere altri giorni...visto il problema mi hanno anche consigliato dove andare e che tipo di lenti a contatto richiedere...insomma in 1 ora ho fatto due visite e prenotato lenti a contatto adatte al mio problema...dottore che mi ha visitato giovane ma molto preparato e gentile... Really welcoming staff, very trained staff and they give you any kind of information and advice you ask for .... great for both adults and children .... very fast without wasting time .... booked and after a week I went to visit, having a particular problem with the cornea, they immediately performed a further specific visit without making me waste other days ... given the problem they also advised me where to go and what type of contact lenses to request ... in short, in 1 now I made two visits and booked contact lenses suitable for my problem ... doctor who visited me young but very prepared and kind ...
