Bravi...da provare... Per me un ottimo posto. Ah, ci sono pure i parcheggi!! Very good guys, the kind and helpful owner, some spare parts that you don't order quickly, even the repair shop works well. For me, a great place. Ah, there are also parking lots !!
c	carmine sette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso dire a tutti gli amici camperisti di evitare questo posto,sono andato per informazioni riguardante la mia parabola e lui senza neanche guardarla mi ha detto che se ci metteva le mani spendevo dai 5 ai €600 perché non era un prodotto che vendeva lui, Ma io dico se sei un professionista Prima guarda il problema Poi mi farai un preventivo!!!Ma siccome oggi ci sono solo dei trapolari che si spacciano per esperti del settore questo è uno di quei posti dove io personalmente non metterò mai più piede con il mio camper . G	Giuseppe C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale qualificato, rapporto con il cliente medio (potrebbero essere più professionali ma non è fondamentale), pulizia nei lavori :basso, dovrebbero lasciarti il camper più pulito di quando l'hai portato e non al contrario. Tempistica :medio-lungo non rispettano molto le tempistiche preventivate. Prezzi :carissimo, forse questa è la nota più sgradevole, 45€ l'ora di manodopera, manco un ingegnere li prende. I lavori vengono eseguiti bene ma a mio avviso i prezzi soni troppo al di sopra della media per un officina come questa. Qualified staff, relationship with the average customer (they could be more professional but it is not essential), cleanliness in the works: low, they should leave the camper cleaner than when you brought it and not the other way around. Timing: medium-long do not respect much the estimated timescales. Prices: very expensive, perhaps this is the most unpleasant note, 45 € per hour of labor, not even an engineer takes them. The work is done well but in my opinion the prices are too above average for a workshop like this.

Abbiamo passato anni di vita in camper attendendo la ricostruzione della nostra abitazione distrutta dal terremoto, e per diversi mesi dopo l'acquisto del mezzo usato da un privato abbiamo avuto un sacco di problemi. Oscar non ci ha mai chiuso la porta in faccia, dandoci priorita' e risolvendo ogni volta. Il camper per noi non era una vacanza o uno sfizio e non e' scontato trovare persone che capiscano la tua disperazione e ti diano una mano. Ciao ragazzi, un caro saluto da Mirandola. P	Péter Bozsó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't actually been to this place yet, but the level of professionalism and kindness which I was treated with over the phone/in e-mail by the lady in charge, Marzia, is beyond words. I whish more people were like this, there'd be much less sadness in this world. This is definitely The Place To Go if you have any issues with your motorhome in Northern Italy.
